Launched in 2020, the new Centre for Digital Production offers two innovative degree courses in Virtual Theatre and Digital Experiences, and Digital Content Design for Theatre and Live Events.
The Centre makes Rose Bruford College one of the first UK drama schools to offer courses in virtual theatre and digital content design.
Both courses focus on virtual reality (VR), mixed reality and motion capture technology, with students benefiting from dedicated computer labs and a fully equipped studio space in which they can learn to operate media servers, cameras, projectors, control desks, motion capture and virtual reality equipment and green screen technologies.
