Theatredor announces partnership with NYCDA

The performing arts networking platform will play a key role in encouraging international students to learn at the Conservatory

Performing arts social and professional networking platform Theatredor has announced a new partnership with the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts (NYCDA). The collaboration will see Theatredor support the recruitment of international students for NYCDA drama programs.

The new partnership aims to create a more inclusive educational environment at the Conservatory, broadening access for international students interested in learning at NYCDA by allowing Theatredor to connect with high schools, colleges, and theater organisations across the globe.

Theatredor director Nathalie said: ’We believe that talent knows no borders. Ourgoal is to help students from all backgrounds find their place in the arts community. We are excited to work with NYCDA, a respected institution in the performing arts, with a great selection of courses and an alumna of great professionals working in all areas of the industry.’

Alongside Theatredor’s global recruitment strategy, initiatives within the partnership will include:

·       Scholarships for diverse applicants, designed to support students from various economic backgrounds, making quality arts education more accessible.

·       A one-year immersion program that allows students to experience New York’s cultural offerings alongside their training.

·       A series of online webinars that allow prospective students to interact with NYCDA faculty and alumni, offering insights into the application process and the experiences available at the conservatory
