The Lady of Shalott by Alfred, Lord Tennyson

These lessons are based on Alfred, Lord Tennyson’s lyrical ballad, The Lady of Shalott. It has four parts, each of which ends with a climax. Tennyson uses strong visual imagery in his poem, and various artists have created paintings and illustrations inspired by it.
