After graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she studied singing, Amy started working in sales for The Singer and Teaching Drama Magazines for Rhinegold Publishing. Over many years and in a variety of roles (and now under MAG) Amy realised that her passion lies in helping to promote the importance of performing arts education. She has worked her way up to Publisher of Music Teacher and Drama & Theatre and is the Commercial Director of the Music and Drama Education Expos.

After a degree in English at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Sarah went on to train as an actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Alongside her continuing performing career, she joined Rhinegold as a freelance writer/sub-editor in 2011, and became Editor of Teaching Drama in 2012. The magazine was re-launched by Mark Allen Group as Drama & Theatre in 2019. Sarah is also Head of Content for the Music & Drama Education Expo and Awards, and a freelance journalist, editor and tutor.

After graduating from Swansea University with an English Literature degree, Hattie joined as Editorial Assistant of Music Teacher and Drama & Theatre in March 2021. She's a passionate writer and voluntarily supports young journalists on The Indiependent’s editorial team, while also working towards an NCTJ diploma in her spare time. Hattie values the arts, having performed regularly, including at the Edinburgh Fringe and most recently as Lady Macbeth with her University’s theatre society.
