How to devise with Frantic Assembly: finding stories through physicality and space, is a free-to-attend workshop at this years Music and Drama Education Expo | London.

Taking place on 24 – 25 September, the Expo is Europe's largest conference and exhibition for anyone involved in music & drama education. As well as Frantic Assembly’s workshop, there are a plethora of free-to-attend CPD sessions, and a variety of brands from the creative field to speak to.

Although the Frantic Assembly workshop is free to attend at the Expo, attendance is strictly capped, so booking is required. If you are unable to get a space, there are other amazing options taking place at the same time, including ‘How to help your students navigate the drama school application process with less stress’.

Other workshops at this year's CPD accredited Expo include: a beat-boxing warm-up with Jack Salt, Demystifying devising: classroom techniques; Keep calm and breathe with Pippa Wheble; Your voice in action with Barbara Houseman; Disney Teaching Artists are running a Frozen the Musical: 'Fixer Upper' movement and music workshop; and a masterclass in exploring classical text with the National Youth Theatre.

There is also a Symposium on Drama Assessment; Karen Latto's session on Getting a set text on its feet, alongside a panel chaired by teacher and writer of The Drama Teacher's Survival Guide, Matthew Nichols.

Registration for the Expo is now open, and a host of amazing exhibitors are lined up, with a full programme of at least 50 sessions. The event will take place at the Business Design Centre, London.
