Shakespeare’s Globe has launched a series of events and family workshops for young people aged 5-12+ years, as part of its Telling Tales storytelling festival.

The festivities are being held both online and in person, and are bringing to life Shakespeare’s Macbeth, The Tempest, Twelfth Night, Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, Henry V and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Families are invited to enjoy a guided tour of the Globe and to attend workshops with professional storytellers.

The activities ran throughout the February half-term, and will continue through the Easter holidays.

Throughout the past fortnight, the venue also ran workshops in sword fighting and an Elizabethan dressing demonstration

Each event is priced individually. For the full list of events at Shakespeare’s globe, visit the venue’s website.
