Two weeks to go: nominations for Music & Drama Education Awards to close

You have until 12 September to submit nominations for the Music & Drama Education Awards, which will take place on 23 February 2023.
There are only two weeks left to submit nominations for the 2023 Music & Drama Education Awards.
The Awards will celebrate the achievements of teachers, school departments, individuals, resources, organisations and charities.
Chair of the judging panel and editor of Music Teacher magazine, Harriet Richards, said: ‘I'm so excited to see what this year's Awards nominations have on offer, and I'm sure the judging process will be as difficult as ever.
'If you know of anyone who deserves recognition, please enter them - the panel can only consider what we have in front of us when the nominations close! This year taking place on the middle night of Expo, the ceremony promises to be a perfect opportunity to dress up and celebrate everyone's achievements.'
Nominations can be made for drama in the following categories:
- Outstanding Drama Initiative
- Outstanding Drama Education Resource
- Excellence in SEND (Music & Drama)
- Excellence in Musical Theatre
- Excellence in Primary/ Early Years (Music & Drama)
- Outstanding School Drama Department
- Drama Inspiration Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award
The expert judging panel and host will be announced closer to the ceremony.
